Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of QuantFXPro products and member services. By registering, purchasing, downloading, or using the software, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and Member Account
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account details updated.
- Email verification is required before login access is granted.
- You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and all activity under your account.
2. Product Scope
- The delivered product is a compiled EA build package intended for MetaTrader 5 usage.
- Source code files are not included as part of member delivery.
- You are responsible for verifying platform and broker compatibility before using live capital.
3. Plans and Billing
- Recurring plans (monthly, quarterly, annual) are billed via PayPal subscription and renew automatically while active.
- Lifetime plan is billed as a one-time PayPal payment.
- Manual cancellation stops the next recurring renewal and does not reverse the current paid period.
- All payments are final. No refund is issued after payment, including cancellation during an active billing period.
4. License Terms
- A valid license key is required to use runtime-protected EA features.
- Each license key is intended for one live trading account binding (`account_login` + `account_server`).
- Sharing, reselling, redistributing, reverse engineering, or unauthorized duplication is prohibited.
- License status controls usability. Only eligible statuses such as active or trial are treated as usable under runtime policy.
- Blocked, canceled, expired, or invalid licenses may be restricted or denied according to system policy.
5. Trial Policy
- Free trial is limited to one trial issuance per member account.
- Trial validity is 24 hours based on system activation policy and is not reset by reinstall or reattach behavior.
6. Download and Delivery
- Download access is provided through the member area and depends on license eligibility.
- Download availability may be restricted when no eligible key exists.
- Service does not guarantee perpetual file hosting access without active or trial eligibility.
7. Support and Ticket Channel
- Support is provided via the member ticket feature, where member and admin can exchange messages.
- Support scope is limited to product usage and technical assistance, not trading performance outcomes.
8. Risk Disclosure and Limitation of Liability
- Trading leveraged products, including XAUUSD, carries substantial risk and may result in loss of capital.
- QuantFXPro is provided for technical execution support and does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
- No guarantee is made regarding profitability, win rate, or future performance.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is basis without liability for direct or indirect trading losses, downtime, third-party outages, or broker-side execution issues.
9. Suspension and Termination
- Access may be suspended, limited, or terminated for abuse, fraud, policy breach, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized distribution.
- Administrative actions may include account status changes and license revocation under system controls.
10. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. In case of dispute, parties agree to first attempt good-faith resolution through the official member support ticket channel before pursuing further legal remedies.
